Google Launches Bidding Site
Google's IPO is heating up, with the search giant launching a site dedicated to providing information about their Initial Public Offering.

No doubt the site has been launched in response to enormous public interest in the IPO. The detailed site content includes the entire Google Prospectus, a list of press releases, Frequently Asked Questions about the IPO and instructions for how to participate.
The site claims that investors who are non "US persons" will most likely NOT be eligible to participate in the offering.
